FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In order to assist our customers when considering making a purchase from Choice Yacht Chandlery, we have gathered together some of the most common questions we have been asked. If you do not find the answer to your question then you can contact a member of our staff who will be only too happy to help you with your inquiry.
How do I pay?
Credit/Debit card is currently the only payment method Choice Yacht Chandlery accepts. By providing your details at the check out stage you authorize us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected (including VAT if applicable) and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. Choice Yacht reserves the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices will require VAT, currently at 20%. Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.

What do I need if I return some goods?
If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 14 working days of receiving the product by contacting us, on our Contact Us page or by emailing sales@choiceyacht.com, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case the full price paid will be refunded.

How much are your delivery charges and how long will it take?
Standard delivery for the continental US takes 3 -5 working days from date of dispatch. For hard-to-find and out of stock items please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for the continental US. For overseas orders, heavy or bulky items, an additional charge will apply.
Do you offer FREE delivery?
Currently we offer FREE local delivery from Stuart to Boynton Beach. We also offer delivery via UPS from our distributors all along the Eastern seaboard. Usually 2 days ground UPS.

Do you carry metric and hard to find items?
Yes we do. We will do our utmost to find and deliver those items to you.

What if I am not sure what I am looking for?
If you are located in the local delivery area, we can come to you and help identify and find the item. You may also email us a picture, which can aid in determining what you need.
